We are now taking enquiries and bookings for the 2018 season for the Rivers Findhorn, Spey and Avon, and also for the River Dee, which opens in February 2018.
Guided Salmon Fishing Parties
Ian has been hosting and guiding fishing parties since 1980 when he opened his first fishing lodge on the Isle of Mull. Knowledge of clients’ requirements, whether it is reasonable fishing accommodations or advice on all aspects of salmon and trout fishing, has been his expertise throughout this time.
Annual Salmon Fishing Trips
Ian and their good friend Mike have also organised annual Spring and Autumn Speyside reunions of fishing friends. Together they have fished the Rivers Findhorn, Spey, Avon (A’an), and Aberdeenshire Dee from February through September, and over those years, many great stories have been created. They have detailed knowledge of the best beats on all these rivers.

We have detailed maps of the Salmon beats on the Drynachan, Glenferness, Coulmony, Logie, Altyre and Darnaway Beats of the River Findhorn, which has now become a regular venue for Spring, Summer, and Autumn fly fishing.
Tailor-Made Salmon Fishing Holidays
In addition to the Lodge parties, we can also offer tailor-made fishing breaks for smaller groups or individuals for Speycasting instruction and guiding on many of the classic beats up and down the rivers Spey, Dee and Findhorn throughout the season.
This can be organised for anyone wishing to create their fishing holiday individually with Spey casting instruction.
