The River Findhorn’s seasons are changing from Spring into early Summer, as the Findhorn fish just keep running! We have been blessed with good water levels and conditions and good Spring salmon runs since late March and into early June!
The River Findhorn’s diversity and richness ensure an outstanding fishing experience each year due to the unique conditions fostered by the river’s geographic and climatic setting.
As the season progresses, we are looking forward to the Summer run of salmon and grilse, which are already starting to appear on our beats at Altyre and Upper Home at Darnaway.
