An Exceptional Summer on the River Findhorn
Hello, fellow anglers! I am pleased to give you my latest update from the beautiful River Findhorn.
This summer has been nothing short of remarkable for us at Altyre Estate and Upper Home at Darnaway. We’ve witnessed some superb runs of grilse and large summer salmon moving vigorously through our beats. Thanks to the excellent river levels and ideal conditions, these fish have been thriving and arriving in pristine, well-fed condition.
Each catch has delivered phenomenal sport, offering our guests unforgettable summer fishing experiences. It’s truly shaping up to be an outstanding season on the River Findhorn. What a season it has been so far!
Tight lines and happy fishing!
